Buddha Systems was founded 2016 by musician and engineer Ashok Nair. As a passionate Sitar player in a classical and advant-garde context, he was on the search for a suitable pickup system for his ensemble „Indrajala“. He decided to develop a pickup, that displays the sound of the sitar in an precise way. The first initial idea for a buisness was born. Due to the huge demand in the indian and oriental music industry, renowned developers were taken on board. The product range was quickly extended to highly professional DI boxes and preamps. All products are developed and made in Germany and only prime components from renowned suppliers are used in the manufacturing process. Numerous elite musicians worldwide swear by the outstanding and unforgettable quality and sound of the Buddha Systems products. They enjoy the uncomparable hearing quality, which are just as good as conventional microphones.
